Everyone should have something to ignite their passion, mine is cooking. With a culmination of over twenty years of cooking experience, I am proud to say that I have learned in a broad sense of what food truly means to each and every one of us. Everything from the selection of fresh produce, the combination of spices or the presentation of the dish itself as it comes onto the plate, all of them make a meaningful impact on the consumer’s experience. In the end, it’s the smiles on my patron’s faces, that is the biggest reward for me. With the ensuing global pandemic putting hold to any new cooking careers at restaurants, I’ve decided to put my services out there to the public in the form of home and event catering. In a way, the purpose of this service is an attempt to bring back the word “homemade” in the meals that you eat. Whether a new innovative dish or an interesting twist to a classic dish, my creativity guides me to where I want to go. Creative cooking is what I do best & what I was born for.
